We're *bleep*ing in the Air

My second video example for the disastrous degree of the degradation of modern music - a "christmas" song, sung by three gay garden gnomes "Stony, Farty and Slimy":

Again the initial inspiration (read: where I stole the idea from) is the BBC's "I'm sorry I haven't a clue". :) I'll have to write a little bit about them one day... :)

My very first selfmade youtube video. Actually my very first selfmade video period! XD

I hope you like it and have a little chuckle at it, but credit where credit is due:

The original idea for this little joke comes from the BBC radio show "I'm sorry I haven't a clue" - a parody on panel gameshows. One of the games they play is "Censored Songs", which has the teams "clean up" offensive lyrics. And one of the funniest songs they used for this is "Whenever I feel afraid" from the musical "The King and I".

Today I discovered this little movie on Youtube and after watching it I was surprised to find that noone ever did a censored version of Grover singing "Whenever I feel afraid", so I took that as a basis to see if I could actually make a video and get it youtube conform - not that simple on Win2000 as it is on XP.

You like it? :)

OK, something to read here as well. :)

I will continue to post mostly on the blog on my homepage, but I just found that you can add other page's rss feeds to your friends list, so I added Neil Gaiman's official journal (he's my second favourite author in the world!) and Will Wheaton's blog for starters. Will once played one of my not so favourite characters on a pretty popular scifi show - which wasn't his fault, more that of the authors, in my opinion. So I'm curious to see what he's up to today. :)

I'd love to enter my own blog's rss feed into that list as well, buuuut for that I'd need a payed account to add it to the available list of feeds first. How does that work? I mean, could someone else with a payed account add it to the list and then me add it here afterwards? ;)

Test!

Is this working? Onetwothreeonetwothree - *scrietch*!
